Additionally, we have noticed damage to the ceiling in the roof area due to rainwater. We will be charging you AED 1,000.00 extra to rectify this.

•    Due Amount as of Today: AED 27,000.00
As agreed earlier, you can settle this in two installments:
1.    AED 11,000 - Immediate, before we resume the work.
2.    AED 8,000 - PDC Cheque.
3.    AED 8,000 - PDC Cheque
